We must say Elle Fanning was the one of the best dressed celebrities at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday (May 17). 19-year-old lady was looking divine wearing a dramatic strapless
custom Vivienne Westwood gown. She kept her hair up in top knot hairstyle so that details of her breathtaking gown was clearly visible. She went for winged eyeliner and pink lip shade.
